Obesity- What causes people to be obese?
To many unhealthy options are available and cheaper than healthy food. Not enough exercise and being in behind a desk or steering wheel instead of labour work. Modern world to easy and people aren't willing to be adventurous. Lack of self esteem and care for your self.

What causes obesity, diabetes and heart disease?
Obesity is caused by a range of factors such as sugar and meat consumption. Heart disease is meat blocking arteries. Companies such as McDonald’s encourage youth to eat this unhealthy food. Diabetes can go through blood and genes.
How to prevent the above conditions?
Eat less or no meat; reduce or stop sugar consumption, exercise more and avoid McDonald's. Believe in yourself and do it.
